I received my new humidifier on Tuesday and was very excited as my new apartment is very dry. I read the reviews and realized there would be some sort of white dust. Well, it's more like a film than dust because it sticks. The room was hazy and even the device was coated in white. In addition, my apartment is still very dry. I wrote to send it back and Allergy Buyers Group sent a return label and they want me to pay for the return postage. I am very dissatisfied with it. Not only the product is bad, but also the customer service. Stay away from them
