Durable, useful and beautiful
I switched from stone to wood. Everyone had their own problems. The stone did not absorb enough moisture and could crack. Wood handled water well (condensate from my cup) but warped and cracked easily. It was the best of the two and is still very durable. Only the edges can be criticized. I wish they were sanded for extra durability. Polished but not blued.
