A practical product, nothing to complain about.

This coffee was transported to work in a vacuum bag and a tin can. Therefore, the grinding that occurs in the bag is too fine, there is an excessive amount of dust, and as a direct consequence of this, the machine (capsule) frequently became blocked. However, if the coffee is ground properly and there is no dust present, the machine will function just like a clock.
