The site said to order half a size larger. I'm 11.5 and all my shoes are a size 12 but the chacos I have are too big. After checking the net I found that the chakos is measured from the heel to the ball of the foot and it is recommended to decrease the size. Now the price of the same sandals has increased by +20 dollars. It would be nice to be able to resize them to the right size at no extra cost to me. If the seller is willing to send me a correct size replacement I will update my review. But they won't fit in their current form and I really needed them before the swim.
