It's nice to have softened butter when you want it

I love having softened butter when I want it. This pot is attractive and looks great on my counter. I change the water every few days - it's easy - and the oil stays fresh. I really wish there was a line on the inside of the outer jug to show how high to pour water, but you get used to that after a few changes.
