They do their job on claws

Big bobby pins hold all my hair. I have lots of fine straight hair. I felt the grip was secure for walking and regular activities, but I'm not sure I would use them for more active activities like running. There was a slight hair pulling that I usually get with these clips - less than other brands I would say. But what's really nice is that the clips are "flat" at the bottom, they don't bulge or press against the back of the head like some other brands do. Overall I would recommend them to others.
