Not a bad fanatic. When I ordered I didn't even know it was rechargeable. Comes with a special battery so you can't change it to AA or anything. Charges via standard micro USB and comes with a cable but no outlet. It's small and can't cool a whole table full of people outside, but it vents a decent amount of air and has a dial that changes intensity, which is nice too. It's not too loud, especially on low settings, so it's fine for office or indoor use without being too distracting. Of course, the higher the fan speed, the louder it gets. The spring in the clip is very strong and holds very securely. The clamp easily accommodates a 1" thick table and can probably handle something up to 2" thick before you start to lose grip. Mistake. But a big fan aimed at the table blows everything away. This should work well enough outside to slide onto a chair or tent and blow gnats and gnats off one person without blowing an entire deck of cards off the picnic table.
