I bought this ring light stand for video sessions with my clients via my I-Pad. This is my second product of this type and I love this product. The base is a flat, heavy disc that can easily slide under objects. The bar is also heavy and strong and can be easily adjusted. I keep it as long as possible because it's easier to adjust the tablet holder than the pole. It comes with two sturdy mounts, one for a phone and one for a tablet. This makes sense, as the I-Pad is much heavier and needs a larger mount to support my normal portrait-to-landscape manipulation. I would like 2 brackets. I keep one mount in the office attached to my desk lamp and the other on a light ring in my home office above my computer. The brackets have 2 adjustment positions; Pole circumference and device direction. There is no tilt adjustment, which suits me perfectly. The ring light itself is a cool LED bulb with 3 shades of light that can be adjusted from dim to bright with a control switch. The ring rotates gently on its spindles and illuminates the entire room when aimed at the luminous ceiling. It only plugs into the USB port, which isn't a problem for me. I love this product. I had to replace another cheap stand that broke under the weight and settings of my I-Pad. This product is worth its price. You get what you pay for!
