We loved the softness, color and washability of the sheets so much we ordered another king size set. However, the second set we ordered was wrapped in torn cellophane and without the pretty box that was advertised (unlike the first order). Thinking this might be an anomaly we ordered the same sheets a third time and exactly like the second time - torn cellophane and not a big fancy box. As if both had been opened and carelessly repackaged. We have emailed the manufacturer twice in the past few weeks and have received no response. We returned both sheets poorly packaged and are very disappointed as the quality, color and feel of these sheets were excellent. We felt that $69 was not worth supporting a company that falsely advertises their packaging and may be shipping used or returned items to customers.
