Review on Factorial by Nick Cleary

The product has helped us with all our payroll needs so far, I think it does everything we need plus more! It's easy enough to use for those who aren't super tech savvy or don't have much experience working in an office environment using computers. When we were first setting up our paychecks this was really hard for the employees since they didn't know how to download their check information from the site into their paycheck printing software (which is what most people used at work). With factorial we got them set up right away then they just print out their checks. We had several problems during setup but after contacting support they quickly fixed each one and made sure none of the issues went unresolved. I've been dealing with payroll questions for years now and it always comes down to needing someone else's expertise when something comes along that requires special knowledge not.
