Clean Persian eyes

I started using the eye cleanser and then these pads and powders. I ran out of pads and used makeup pads but they were quite absorbent and wasted liquid, plus they weren't runny enough to really manipulate. Cheap cotton pads can also leave lint on your face. I suggest cutting them into four parts like another user said. Oh btw, once I ran out of liquid I saved the container and made my own recipe from an online recipe. I use witch hazel boric acid and some water. Some use boric acid powder instead of eye envy powder.
