I don't notice any of the "pumping" or "tingling" I usually get before a workout. I honestly don't notice anything. I know it's caffeine free, so I'm not talking about energy, but I usually get a pre-workout tingle that I don't get from this stuff. It doesn't seem to help my endurance like other pre-workouts. But there is a plus, it is very tasty.
