This is a review of the updated i5 8GB 128GB model. It's a Surface Pro 6, so it doesn't have the newer USB-C connection, but I'm ok with that as I find USB-A a little more convenient (considering it's not my computer's primary). family, but everyday tablet). Also note the price - I got it for a trifle less than $500, which makes it exceptional value today (early 2020) and knocks the $400 Surface Go out of the water. Mine has been "updated". from Mastertronics and everything looked fine. There was a fairly large sticker on the box to make it clear that it was updated. Out of the box he wanted to run the first W10 setup. After that, checking the battery showed it had already ridden 7 times (good! Not BIG, but good!). Nothing else to say other than countless SP6 reviews. It's worth noting that these upgrades come without the excellent Type Cover or stylus. It's a great premium tablet, not too heavy (I can't even feel it in my backpack going there instead of my 2.1kg Acer R7-571 laptop). Battery life is good. That's it! $500 is such a good deal for such a high quality little machine, and in my case the "updated" version was completely hassle free.
