Exactly what I wanted. I wanted a large bowl to put large salads in and they are perfect. One bowl has enough space for everything I want. The flat shape is what I wanted to render all the ingredients with just enough lip so nothing falls out. It's similar to a pasta bowl, but larger. Also, they are really beautiful. This is a beautiful shade of blue with white. I've washed them in the dishwasher a few times with no problems, but I usually hand wash them because they're very quick and easy to clean with a soapy brush. They are large and appear to be very stable and durable. They're fragile, of course, but they don't seem fragile at all. If you are looking for a larger bowl to use as a serving or feeding bowl, they are stylish and beautiful, I would highly recommend them and would definitely buy them again.
