Review on 🚰 LDR Industries 040 6000 All-in-One 19 Gallon Laundry Utility Tub with Pull-Out Faucet by Junrey Jewel

The sink itself isn't bad - enough plastic so it's not flimsy, good form factor, handy tap holes and a drain fitting. The included drain pipe is made of PVC, typical of a home camp. The metal legs are stiff (unlike the wobbly plastic legs I've used in the past) but the way you attach them by hammering them into the grooves is a bit stiff. Adjustable feet with screws allow you to level the sink. So why not give 5 stars? Stupid plastic tap! I've read in other reviews that it's plastic, but I thought "how bad can it be?". Answer: Pretty bad. This is so bad that when you tighten the screws on the hot and cold water faucets, the stress on the plastic causes the hot and cold water knobs to rub against the plastic casing. the tube on the retractable part is some sort of inflexible, rigid material with kinks that prevent it from sliding in and out easily - I see we won't be pulling it out too often; a lot of work to deal with this clumsy whistle. In fact, I haven't connected the water yet. I want to do this with a helper nearby to watch to see if this faucet leaks or bursts when I turn on the pressure. I don't really expect this to work; and will probably end up buying a cheap (metal) replacement from home stock. I'll update this review if I'm surprised and if it stands up to scrutiny. If you like examples of very, very bad Chinese manufacturing, then you should go to this sink just to see the faucet. Otherwise, you must rate the sink as if there were no faucet.
