Good: I think they will be sturdy in the long run. They are not flimsy and while not "hefty” in terms of weight, they are substantial enough that I don’t think they will be bending or snapping. The clips that hold the clothing are nicely covered:padded, and strong.Bad: Was disappointed to find that the rod on which the clips slide are not round, but a squarish-rectangular shape. This makes the clips stick a bit as you slide them, and it feels awkward to me. Maybe this helps them not slide around once you place them where you want them. This was really my only negative.
