Almost set my car on fire!

Well I installed these bulbs a while ago, I noticed that one of them had already burned out so I checked to see if it was stuck in the socket. It turned out that the entire cartridge and the plastic part of the bulb caught fire! In the photo next to it, an ordinary light bulb is lined up, aligned with the bottom of the connector (I tried, the entire bottom of the Alla-LED connector burned out). Now I'll have to replace the brake light harness and possibly the tail light itself unless I can somehow get a new harness socket and bulb to fit back into the charred mess.
