***UPDATE #2: I've been using my third pair of headphones for about a month with no problems. Can I recommend these headphones? In my experience, the answer is no. It's disappointing that the first 2 sets went bad so quickly. We'll have to wait and see if that third set holds or not. Will update again with results in the future. Sent back and replaced. The replacement devices stopped working after a week when the earbuds lost connection with my phone and started making a repetitive continuous tone. I couldn't get them to stop the noise or reconnect to my phone. Send them back for a full refund!
