Excellent product, good quality, very easy to use. I've used it at least a dozen times since I bought it. It takes about 90 minutes for the wax to fully melt and another 20 minutes for it to cool to a comfortable dipping temperature for your hands and feet. I've used it on both. Two hands fit right off the bat if you want to do this, but the legs have to be done separately, which works perfectly for me. Based on some nightmares I've read about other devices, particularly wax overheating, I feel I've picked the right product here. You CANNOT raise the temperature above 185 degrees Fahrenheit (which is the safe melting temperature of wax) on this device. A very intelligent built-in security measure!
