Review on Fox Outdoor Products Deluxe Combat by Scott Channell

With a delivery of about $16, I wasn't expecting much from this liner. I was pleasantly surprised by what I received. It's made of a fairly flexible plastic that feels solid enough. It has a nice flat olive green finish. There's a full suspension system inside that mimics the real thing, and it even has a sports band pre-installed. The "leather chin strap" is actually a steel pot strap, just as I had hoped. It's a bit thick and stretchy and the little black buckle doesn't hold up very well, but hey, it's there and can be crafted or modified to make it work. It fits very well in my Vietnam Camouflage Lid Steel Pot and you can conveniently carry it or conveniently position it on display. It's made in China and all the webbing is pretty cheap so probably not suitable for ventilators or worn for long periods of time. Overall perfect fit for one of my unlined demo helmets.
