So first let me say that this headset was packaged very well. The box it came in was unusual and the headset with the body is beautiful. Removing the headset from the case was very easy compared to many others and the headsets fit me perfectly with no issues. I mean, it was ridiculously comfortable to the point where I had to keep checking to see if they were still in my ears. The headset stayed connected to my phone well, and I didn't experience any dropouts or bad connections during my use. But unfortunately the product did not match the description. I didn't get 30 hours of playback (less than 5 hours after each full charge). Sound quality was acceptable, but there was no built-in deep bass, and noise-cancellation was marginally good. I tried to like it for its fit, but after a few days I was so intimidated by the sound quality that I ended up returning it. I know there isn't a perfect headset I would hope for, but for the price it wasn't perfect.
