I like that Split is simple to set up and easy to get started with. It has helped us track our feature deployments and rollbacks in a way we could not have done before. The dashboard is also very good and helps me keep track of our deployments. There are some features that are missing from the product which can be helpful for a more complete solution. For example, there is no option to send emails when you deploy or rollback your features. You can only see it in the dashboard. This makes it hard to keep track if you don't check the dashboard frequently. Also, the dashboard doesn't show all the metrics that you would expect from such a tool. It's hard to see how the deployment percentage changes over time.
