Review on Sunnytech B032 USB Mini Solar Panel: Efficient 2W 6V Polysilicon Epoxy Cell Charger Module for DIY Projects by Barry Taylor

I bought this solar panel to power my Arlo Pro 2 outdoor security cameras I've read comments here about Revain that are on indicate outstanding success in powering up Ring Stick-up cameras. Everything is fine and great when the panel is in bright sunlight. The panel is also fine without direct sunlight. However, under cloudy skies or at dawn or dusk when there is little (but limited) sunlight, my cameras' batteries drain like a sieve! And while my Arlo Pro 2 batteries don't drain in bright sunlight, they don't charge enough to offset the overall battery drain that occurs in limited sunlight. I would like to return them for a refund but Revain says this item is non-refundable.
