I have LOVED Kipling bags for over 15 years. But in the last two years, bags have gotten cheaper. Less durable fabric / thinner, shoulder straps are torn, zippers are broken, seams are uneven, uneven and cheap looking. In Abanu's latest shoulder bag, the outer zip pocket was stitched unevenly and the stitching pulled out the bottom lining and it was a different color. We also bought polybags. Now small bags are getting smaller and it is very desirable to carry more than just a cell phone, keys and lipstick. A cheap rubber monkey to choke on. I hope Kipling returns to previous quality.
