Awful smell. The idea is 👍🏼 , smells like burning for about 3 mins and 👎🏼. Had to burn real incense to get the smell pushed out the house. Such a waste of money

It's a great idea but who has "no air moving around their home"? Still a good looking incense burner. Some reviews say the incense doesn't smell good but I have no issues with it.

The burner is beautiful but a fire hazard because the inscene is unstable. I have to keep an eye on it at all times while burning.

Love it! Pleasantly surprised. Not too big, not too small. And the smoke pours beautifully when air is still. Only complaint is the incense that it comes with stinks REALLY bad. My house reeks of smoke! I highly recommend purchasing additional incense. With that being said, the price is a little high, but it’s beautiful so I’d buy again.

This was my first time buying a backflow burner and let me tell ya, it doesn't even work! I can't get the cone to stay on it. It is not level. When I do get it to balance, it falls off with the slightest movement. AND it arrived with the fish in the bottom being broken! I do NOT recommend this product.

It burns quickly. The smoke comes down the falls close to what the picture shows.It is worth what you pay for it. It does come with plenty of burning cones.

It take a long time to get the smoke to go the right way, I had to burn the incense first and then ended up cutting off the top to expose the hold it’s supposed to go down thru. it’s a lot

I'm using this with my own comes and it seems to work fine. The 'pool' will accumulate more the longer that cone has burned.Obviously if you open a window or run a fan the smoke will disperse instead of flow

I love it! It works just like it says, it just takes a minute or 2 for the smoke to start falling. And I had a koi fish in the bottom of my box that was broken in half but the two that were supposed to be in the pool part were still there and attached so I just dropped it in the pool as well. I love it! It's so cool and smells great :)

I was very excited about this product and loved it when I received it! Unfortunately, when I opened it, I discovered that it was broken, only the time I opened it, it was too late to return or exchange it. I would’ve loved it if I would’ve been able to get a new one that wasn’t broken.

The incense sticks smell fine. The other incense burns out extremely fast and the "fragrance" is more of a "something burning" smell despite the color I choose. The actual piece is crafted well.

It is beautiful. I love the little koi fish at the bottom. It came with a little base pad, tweezers and 2 types of incense - cones and stick to stick on the side.The bad: the incense is not the best smelling I’ve had. It’s pretty bad. The smoke is not a pleasant smell, cool thou as far as watching the smoke. I gave it to my 16 year old granddaughter and she loves it, but her mother doesn’t like the smoke smell either.

Needs a metal holder for the cones, its unsafe with the depth and positioning. Also a metal cone would help direct the flow of smoke down. Did not come with rope incense seen in picture. Overall its pretty but useless without a metal cone. Incense all packed in same bag, air them out before using.

Its a decent product. I love what all comes with it & i love the design. However beware where you put this. I have this on my altar & it left stain marks im guessing from the incense smoke. & i have to clean it regularly to prevent build up of tar.

Holes on top aren’t center and coals fall off very easily. Ordered 3 different designs and they all have the same problem and smoke doesn’t cascade like the photos.

I have this on the back porch at the moment, there is little to no breeze and the smoke falls perfectly. Relaxing to watch. I would have loved this if it was given to me as a gift but I bought my own.

This burner is very cute and small. Be careful with the incense cones. The space to hold them isn't secure. The cones can fall off easily. The hole to stick the longer incense is not big enough to hold the incense. I will need to return because of the risk of the cones falling off.

The product looks great but it doesn’t function all that well. Even in non-ventilated rooms, the smoke from the incense reaches halfway down the waterfall before it disperses. The waterfall effect is random. Additionally, the scent of the cones is strong and it leaves an unpleasant aroma after it’s used. If you like the smell of incense this is definitely for you! I find the little pods so strong sometimes that I get a headache from it. It is very pretty and a nice add on to the room. My only complaint is that the smoke is not heavy enough in density to allow a full trickle down to the bottom. Even a little movement will cause it do fo flying and have to start over. You do get a lot of pods though which is nice.
