It's not easy to set up and the manual is useless. I googled the contec pm10 app. When I specified this as one of the software download options, I was able to select "English" and select the download. When I tried to use "contec.com" I only got Chinese with no choice. After downloading I turned on pm10 and connected it to the downloaded app. This is a very good machine, but the EKG shows noise. I am a doctor with atrial fibrillation and this helps in terms of heart rate and EKG. I would recommend that you try the downloaded app and download the guide, which won't help much. Getting this material off the web is not easy and has required some experimentation, but the results are encouraging. I'm only giving 4 stars because it takes time to set up, but again it's worth it. After setting it up I put 5 stars. Hope this will be helpful for others.
