Purchased January 2019 and received 11th January 2019 My daughter loves these boots! The colors are beautiful, they look great and most importantly they keep your feet warm and dry. Since receiving them, my daughter has worn them about 5-8 times in a month. So why such a low rating and a bad review? February 11th, exactly 1 month after receipt, on our doorstep - an adjustable elastic strap at the top, as the seller said "very handy for children", simply snapped onto one of the boots. The return window closed on February 10, 2019, so there is no option to return. Our daughter says that without the adjustable elastic on the boots it feels loose and I don't want to wear that now. I think this may be a random occurrence but it's certainly disappointing that this happened with almost new boots. For us it was a waste of money.
