I've bought black cartridges from this company before and they worked well so I know I have the right cartridge. However, this doesn't work at all. Black ink is simply not printed on the page. Period. This is where the "oh, what an easy swap” process comes in. DOES NOT EXIST! YoYo Ink's support phone is not staffed, so you'll need to email. In fact, the helpdesk number works with an answering machine that instructs the caller to "email for faster service". Unfortunately no reply to email either. bad things for these characters when things go wrong. I can't do business like that.
