Review on 🔩 UCP204 12 Pillow Block Mounted Bearings: Superior Stability for Industrial Applications by Mark Adlesh

I have upgraded my rating. The castings and bearings appear to be well made, however fitting the bearing into the housing was a concern at first but not a problem. The bearings in this pack had a sealed bearing mounted slightly offset. The bearing is too tight to move by hand so I clamped it in a vise, inserted the shaft and was able to easily align the bearing (or remove it from the housing if I wanted). There are tons of videos showing how to remove/replace this type of bearing from the housing so alignment is easy enough. The photos show how one of the bearings arrived, it was very easy to install the two bearings side by side. A picture shows a bearing removed from the housing with a lubrication channel and 2 lubrication holes in the raceway. Lubricate the mirror and the double hex screws very well. Be sure to lubricate the bearings before commissioning!
