Do not buy this conference phone. I bought this phone in November 2006 and it turned out to be defective. I sent it back to RCA/Thompson upon request and they gave me the case number and said if they couldn't fix the product they would refund my money. In February 2007 they informed me that they could not fix the problem and I would see a refund receipt in about 6-8 weeks. It's August 2007 and I haven't seen the reimbursement check and every time they mail my check they tell me to call back in a few days because the finance department hasn't updated my case # yet. Don't buy RCA/Thompson products because you will never get your money's worth.
