The simplicity of creating new workflows using drag & drop functionality makes it very easy for users without any coding experience or development skills at all! There are many different connectors available which allows you not only create custom applications but also connect them together seamlessly so they can talk directly across each other. Also there's no need to learn how to code when building your own solution since its fully customizable via visual interface. I do dislike some aspects such as lack of customization options within workflow design tools compared to more expensive software like Microsoft Flow / Zapier etc., however this does have an impact on overall cost effectiveness if used correctly (i.e. limited use). We're solving our business problems by automating repetitive tasks we would normally perform manually.
