Very good after I cut the front of the handle. With the Xbox One x controller, no part of my hand touches the top of the controller except for my thumbs, which rest on the joysticks. My index fingers are on the triggers/bumpers and my other fingers are on the back of each shot. This is really necessary. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself. I also found that the top right front of the grip gets in the way of the "B" key (too close for convenience). After tailoring it to my hands, I felt great playing it. better than tiny sticks on Xbox One S/X. I play "Sniper Elite 4" a lot and these mods suit me perfectly.
