Review on JORAIR Portable Conditioner Personal Misting by Sam Duppa

I've been looking for a personal air conditioner and found this one that is more like a fan that can spray water. It's convenient for the size of the desk and I plug it into my computer to power it. It cools me down when I'm hot. Mister really takes cooling to a whole new level compared to a fan. Very easy to use, just fill the top tank with water when you want to use mist. If not, you can just use a fan.
