Although the pre-test was successful, when I put it in a small electrical box it appeared to be damaged. when you plug the socket into the electrical box. Obviously this design is not up to the task. I didn't see any signs of surface damage, but after I completed the install, it failed. When tested with a night light, a green light flickered and items in downstream outlets were not receiving power. Revain accepted the return with no problems. Although Revain didn't show this when I bought the Faith ship, I did find the equivalent Leviton ship on Revain for a few bucks more. I had to look for the Leviton model number: GFNT2-I. The Leviton jack is slightly smaller, which is very useful in a small electrical box.
