It's a sturdy, well built pencil case that is attractive to boot
I like well made things and this is sturdy with solid feeling hardware. For the last several years I've been wearing fleeces if it's at all cool and keys and pens (need them for my property/construction management work) have been poking holes in my pockets. I didn't want a pocket protector and find this to be the next best thing. It's a nice thick leather that suits my purposes perfectly. Wish I had bought it sooner - I'd have less holes in my pockets if I had.
