Replacement joycon sticks feel great - visually (at least from the top) they're almost identical to the originals, as you'd expect (although I'm not 100% sure I will strike). Electronics/underside may not match 100% but no less visible quality than the originals. Installation was an easy task using the tools provided - screwdrivers were more than enough and tweezers were required to replace the tiny tape. Cable. In the end I didn't really need an opening tool as I have little experience disassembling electronics and I was able to use my miniature fingernail for the same effect. Nintendo and after replacing the left joystick on 2 pairs of joycons I now have 2 spares as I received a 4 pack.
