These are the only athletic shoes that won't hurt your feet. I've worn the Disruptor II for over 25 years and wear nothing else when I've been on my feet all day and tried other brands. These are the only shoes that fit my arch and toes properly. When I find them on sale, I buy two or three pairs. I can wear any size from 10.5 to 11.5 and size 11 fits perfectly. To be honest, I rarely buy sports shoes from other brands. But Phil let me down a bit. They retired my favorite shoe, the Fila Skele-toe 2.0 Running Shoe. I tie my old pair together with nylon thread, but their days are numbered. Disruptor II looks heavy, but it's quite light for its size. Regarding the durability of Disruptor II, I have pairs that are 10 years old. Sure, they're a bit worn, but they still fit perfectly and are my work shoes for around the house. Conclusion: great fit, great style. If you have a high arch and a slightly wider foot, you'll love these shoes.
