Medium support, smaller for more impact. Ideal for strength training and possibly stable cardio. Very cute band design, I like it very much. There are removable cups but I can't see them through the bra when I'm wearing it so they don't bother me. Can even be worn as a swimsuit, maybe not in the pool? Not sure how the paint will react to chlorine but the lake will be fine. Very comfortable, the girls go out but don't fall out.
