I 34-36 DD. I wanted it to be pretty tight for my girls to support me at the gym. With that in mind I ordered the medium and it fit exactly how I wanted it. It was cozy there, and these girls didn't go anywhere! If you prefer to wear this bra in your free time and you are my size, I would recommend the big one.

Love it! Flatters and keeps girls where they need to be. I do aerial yoga and pole dance, so I spend most of my workouts in inverted poses. Bra with good design. It has a great fit and the support is good for any workout. I also love the peach coral color I bought mine in. I like unusual colors and I've never seen that in a bra. If you are wondering if the back of this bra is as pretty as it looks in the picture then it is. It also doesn't bulge under a shirt (but why cover it with a shirt?). Also, with some strap bras, back fat can bulge between the straps, making the bra look like baked ham. It's not like this.

I ordered Medium Purple after reading all the other reviews about needing a size up. I have a 34 B and the size chart says "S, M 34" but also "M, L 36". Well one is huge so I measured the bar at rest and it's 36 inches. AT REST. It's elastic, so if you have a size 36 strap, it'll probably be comfortable; snug if you're taller but offers no support if you're shorter.
