Easily snaps into seat belts

I have 3 dogs - 2 medium and 1 large. I take them everywhere so I went with these 3 packs. This worked great for deterring average dogs from jumping out an open window (which is one of the reasons I bought these harnesses). However, my 60kg husky was able to break them just by jumping out of the car. I don't think I would have trusted it if there had ever been an accident. They may be fine for small dogs but how easily they break I don't know if I would trust them again.
