There was an issue with the delivery of the wrong power cord. Customer service worked quickly to provide a solution and insisted that everything was fine with the product. So the stars for responding quickly and not trying to blame me for their mistake. The picture quality is excellent. Just as good as my Surface Pro screen and higher resolution. The battery works pretty well considering it's a large device. In the case of ambient noise, the volume is not sufficient; So you'll need external speakers if that's important to you. I'm not very good at this stuff. This needs to be reconsidered. It is initially too small and very limited in its functions. It needs a stand, like Surface tablets. I would also say it could use a little redesign. Rounding off some sharp corners, redesigning the buttons and placing the USB-A input next to the HDMI cable allows the wireless adapter to be used with this device. My travel life is much more productive.
