Review on Hankook Tire K424 (Optimo ME02) 195/60 R15 88H summer by Stanislaw Kimsa ᠌

It's impossible to use it, don't waste your money.

Auto Logan, 1.4, 75 HP Tire size 185/70 R14. Since spring, I have dashed off a couple of thousand km. In stores in my size, there was a Matador for 1.9 and these for 2.7 tr! The sellers persuaded Hankook, sat down at the store, read the reviews of the Market . People write objectively who puts fives on this tire - they didn’t drive it at all! I changed tires with Cordiant Standard, which came with a new car from the factory, the sixth season, complete wear, microcracks, a dozen punctures in six years, no hernias, whole sidewalls - good rubber. Winter Bridgestone Icecruiser 7000, one drawback - the spikes are deep, ice + water in the thaw - you can’t ride. The pins are all in place. In the spring, I make my way to the dacha on it - 5 km of primer. Even on winter tires on bare asphalt, grip is better than with Hankuk, IMHO. But now (on Hankuk), I drive slowly and carefully . :( Price-quality - 1 point.

Pros
  • Not noisy, that's right. No breaks or cuts yet. I can't assess the wear, the mileage is low.
Cons
  • Squeals, goes into the skid when starting and braking. (Dry asphalt) It's normal to drive straight, in turns at high speeds - the car takes out of the turn. And this is on a dry road! It is impossible to move on a wet road - the car rows with its wheels, like the blades of a paddle steamer on the Mississippi! Not designed for dynamic driving. It is absolutely impossible to move off the asphalt!
