I've had experience with single device, multiple devices and two device headset + base station combinations - this fits well into this two device category. There's Bluetooth connectivity, but that's clear from the product description - and honestly a wired connection gives you a lot more confidence. I found set up very easy - there is a map in the package and directions to the website for more information which is easy to follow. I don't have a headset lift but have had them in the past and I know it can be finicky at times and I would suggest something similar here. Immediately hooked up a USB hub to my computer (working from home) and VoIP phone. Didn't have to adjust anything. The Shift key doesn't have an entirely satisfying "click", but that's my personal nitpick. I use over-ear headphones and based on the attached picture I'm a 5ft 8in tall male of average build and you can see the mic boom fits the edge of my mouth perfectly. Did some test calls with my wife and then with some work colleagues - no one could detect a reduction in quality, neither with MS Teams nor over the VoIP connection. Teams - I haven't noticed that the headset's mute feature interacts with Teams' mute icons like some headsets do. But it's normal. Load. Charge indicators directly on the base unit. Very helpful. Only issue is I work in my bedroom so I had to cover the base at night but that is a WFH issue. Battery life - I found that one battery could drive about 2/3 of the day - there were not constant phone calls, but mostly the headset was left on the head and not in the stand, and there were about 4 team meetings and various phone calls within 5-20 minutes. I suspect that with constant virtual meetings/calls you would have around half a day of battery life. Bracket and therefore does not tilt the base at all. The base is very light, which is nice, and small, so it doesn't take up much space. ), a simple design.
