Deep, low growl. Even with a 4 cylinder engine
This muffler is of very solid construction with clean welds. I installed it on my 2009 Pontiac G5 2.2L and it sounds great. If you want the best airflow with a smooth, deep sound that doesn't get embarrassing or annoying, this muffler is definitely the right choice. Most quad mufflers sound like kazoos or fart boxes, but this Magnaflow muffler (combined with a K&N Typhoon intake manifold, also sourced from Revain) sounds respectable and is only noticeable under throttle.
