I've only used it once so my review may change over time but it's ready to use. First, it generates a lot of high-pressure steam, so you really have to be careful not to burn yourself. Quality tools and replacement nozzles are available from the manufacturer. I mainly wanted it for countertops and it's perfect because it allows you to use a wide mopping tool right by the handle (no need for extension tubes) and it does a great job cleaning and sanitizing my kitchen countertops. Tackling the brass brush head and cooking grates, and then tackling the inside of the oven door are endurance projects, and when successfully cleaned it's a clean home-made product (given good durability). My only initial concern is the hose. It feels a little flimsy, but it's exactly the same as most other cleaners' hoses. I hope that in the future the user somehow replaces it and that the manufacturer sells this part. Update: December 29, 2018 I was going to use the squeegee attachment and the rubber blade broke in half. I may have pushed it too hard but it looked like a broken piece of rubber. I contacted the company and told them they could just send a rubber blade was sure I could replace it but they wanted to send me a brand new mop head and apologized for the inconvenience. There is no better support. I've attacked my grills with a brass brush head and it worked like a charm. I really wish you could control the amount of vapor as this device produces a lot and is under a lot of pressure. And then I discovered a new use for this product – cleaning mesh athletic shoes. My athletic shoes inevitably get dirty and the net is almost impossible to thoroughly clean and they become unsightly and my wife throws them away when I'm not looking. Well my last pair started staining and I decided to try this steam cleaner with one of the soft plastic brushes. I tuck a last into each shoe to have a solid background to push against and head to town. It works! It takes a little time and patience, but it will clean the dirt right out of the net and the shoes will look like new again. The only thing I found works.
