It's very helpful to know what our clients are looking for when we're doing presentations or meetings. The reports that they provide us help me understand how my team should be interacting with our client base. I like having all this information at one place so it makes things easier! There isn't anything about Wim. Agency specifically that I dislike but there might not be much out there to dislike. Just keep using their services as long as you need them. We've been able to see who our most valuable customers are, where we have room for improvement, and communicate effectively with those people.
