. , and despite the obvious problems with the product delivered, my review is still focused on the quality of the product, which I find very good. Judging from the attached photos you can see the problem I had with full marks. Filling them with hot tea or coffee would be a bit of a hassle but what I can tell you and what you can see from the photos is that they are well made, you can see how thick the pieces are and I think the cups will keep the temperature of the drink for longer time. The condition of these mugs makes it easier to see how thick they really are, which you may not be able to see when they are whole. Interestingly, the set is sold as "1.75lb" rather than 14oz. This is because they are so thick and heavy in my opinion, making them very good insulators for the drink inside. You can also see the print quality; it's crisp and clean, and the colors are vibrant. The mugs themselves are large, 14 ounces, perfect for hot cocoa on a winter's day. As I have other holiday themed Lenox products I was hoping to add them to the collection. Again, shipping and shipping are in a different section and I wouldn't deduct points for something that's clearly not the manufacturer's fault.
