This is a really well made set. The handle is big enough to hold on to or for me to reach in and keep my palm pressed against the cup. Thought to leave this with a higher rating but to be honest if the seller doesn't package ceramic items then the product is unusable. I saw another reviewer's mugs break and mine did too. Once is an accident, twice or more is a problem. I also wonder if this has anything to do with the integrity of the cups themselves. I have other ceramic mugs that have been dropped off the rack onto the tiles and never been scratched, but when shipped in boxes they kind of break on their own. The cups…

. , and despite the obvious problems with the product delivered, my review is still focused on the quality of the product, which I find very good. Judging from the attached photos you can see the problem I had with full marks. Filling them with hot tea or coffee would be a bit of a hassle but what I can tell you and what you can see from the photos is that they are well made, you can see how thick the pieces are and I think the cups will keep the temperature of the drink for longer time.
