Thought to leave this with a higher rating but to be honest if the seller doesn't package ceramic items then the product is unusable. I saw another reviewer's mugs break and mine did too. Once is an accident, twice or more is a problem. I also wonder if this has anything to do with the integrity of the cups themselves. I have other ceramic mugs that have been dropped off the rack onto the tiles and never been scratched, but when shipped in boxes they kind of break on their own. The cups themselves are very cute. The reason I was so excited is because they are microwave and dishwasher safe and unique mugs like these require hand washing. Overall I am sad not to be able to use the mugs and I would recommend the seller to pack them in some form of packaging be it paper or bubble wrap.
