Keeps crashing. Plug it somewhere easy to unplug to reset.

Decently bright picture, loud internal speakers. What's not to like? VIZIO I have had this TV for 3 days now. My VIZIO apps crashed on my TV four times. It has been completely updated. But the screen freezes and the remote control stops working after watching the app for a few hours. I have to get up, go to the outlet that the TV is plugged into, turn it off, and then turn it back on. After about a minute I can turn the TV back on and a minute or two later when it boots up. top I'm going back to what I was looking at. VERY ANNOYING! I pop in a 4k FireStick even if it's a Smart TV to use the same apps it has (Pluto, Prime and NetFlix) because FireStick doesn't freeze when trying to play a show. I'm still thinking about getting a wifi outlet so I can just say Alexa turn off the TV instead of getting up and going behind the TV stand to turn it off manually. But it's yet to freeze when playing video through the HDMI port, so I'm hoping the FireStick is all I need to make this TV reasonably reliable. getting a WiFi socket so I can just say Alexa turn off the TV instead of getting up and going behind the TV stand to manually turn it off.
